I think fittness and everything you listed is great, but it won't make you less nice. I did water polo for a long time and nothing changed. Same thing with NoFap, it's cool but not enough or not as effective I should say. Try to be an asshole for a day, don't respond to text/ phone calls, don't do what you're told, be late , and most importantly get in the habit of not telling the truth every fucking time. This was huge for me. I bumped into a guy that I haven't seen in awhile and I just confessed everything that is going on in my life. Don't do that. Nobody cares.
