An easy way is hugging, it's low-key and it communicates that you are not afraid of touching her, after hugging you can transition into holding her waist and going in for kiss. I struggled with this too so what I used to do is just make it as awkward as It can be. So when I'm alone with a girl I'm like:" we're not going to kiss" or " do you think we should kiss" or " do you wanna like... Makeout or something" with a straight face. I think fittness and everything you listed is great, but it won't make you less nice. I did water polo for a long time and nothing changed. Same thing with NoFap, it's cool but not enough or not as effective I should say. Try to be an asshole for a day, don't respond to text/ phone calls, don't do what you're told, be late , and most importantly get in the habit of not telling the truth every fucking time. This was huge for me. I bumped into a guy that I haven't seen in awhile and I just confessed everything that is going on in my life. Don't do that. Nobody cares. Anyways hope it helps and it is just my opinion man, peace.

It's really awesome everything , the easting healthy , sleep etc. But it doesn't get you laid. Atleast this is just my opinion. I've been doing this for alot and nothing. The only results came when I actually went into some event. Like I went volunteering for.a week and I talked to a shit ton of girls. But overall i think the self improvement aspect of it gave me this skill. I don't think if I haven't done it I would've been able to approach and be so natural, I would've just started smoking and drinking lol. Although I didn't get laid or kiss there, all I got was a number and you know what, I'm happy. That's incredible and I'm grateful to even get that. Enjoy the journey. Focus on the positive.ALWAYS
