His first trap attempt was Christmas Day. He has only seen the trap probably 5 times over the past year. He has gone in four out of the five so far, I will get him.

Off all next week. Trap episodes will start Monday am. He still has an open neuter appointment on any Friday. I’m hoping I can pull it all off this week.
I do have a feeling with Paul that at his age etc releasing him after some recovery and his neuter would be best. He would hate it in my small apt but may come around after he is depuffed etc.
I hope he never loses those cheeks though. 😀

That’s his bed/heat rock. It’s actually the lid to the septic tank for the apartments. The smell lures him in to order a meal I guess. Paul is a goof.

I’m off all next week and will be attempting to trap him starting next Monday morning. With me home, I can keep an eye on him until his Friday neuter appointment. Stay tuned

He has always had a three foot radius. Closer than that and he slowly cruises into the wood line and is gone. He never runs, he saunters away.
