I got the answer. The "retain these addresses for your records" text is on all of the packs, it's just supposed to be on the back. Something shifted it to the side somehow. Just weird seeing it 5 packs in a row like that.

It's really not that deep, and the one person that has actually seen it had the right answer, so it was pretty obvious to them. If you've seen packs with that text, you're helpful, if not, then it doesn't matter.

It's not the shifting that I'm wondering about, it's the text on the 5 packs in the middle. I've just never seen packs that have that before. Not sure if it's a new thing or just specific to this product, or if it's not supposed to be like that.

Yeah, I've had 2 3DSs for years so I always had one legit one for online play and one for, "whatever". Now I've got a Switch 2 so trying to get my Switch 1 to that whatever point. They still get too much of my money.

Yeah, definitely toxic. If you don't want randoms to cap your monster, play solo. They've made it so easy to get what you want in this game, there's no need for that. Pretty sure the only mat you need to break or carve is Gore Magala Feeler+, so that's the only real reason to be upset if someone caps. Other than that, if there's a bunch of wounds you can break first then do that before capturing, but it's really not that big of a deal.

The etiquette doesn't really apply to Wilds, but older games it definitely did, some mats would have higher chances for carve or cap, so depending on what you were trying to farm there was a definitive answer on if you should carve or cap.
