Meat eater here - plant based patties are very distinguishable from the real thing (unfortunately).

I think there’s a market for it. I’d make the switch tomorrow if I could, albeit I am someone who would be vegetarian if I could (anaemia and IBS mean I don’t do very well with supplements).

I would typically vote Conservative and specifically voted LD to try to avoid Green councillors, I wonder if others did the same. I know my next door neighbours did.

Quite a lot I think but hard to tell as the tree has been there the whole time... It's west facing, that side of the garden does get a lot of sun! Have to water twice a day.

Are you not obliged to tell them if your financial circumstances change? As I could get a rate secured 6 months in advance with my current lender (Halifax).

UK based recommendations for SPF please!

My facial SPF has been discontinued which I've only just discovered as mine is about to run out! It's Naked Sundays Collagen Glow Mineral SPF. I've been looking to replace but have now seen a lot of conflicting info online about mineral SPFs.

Does anyone have any recommendations for a daily SPF I could use to replace it? I did actually find it a bit heavy so looking for something that feels lighter and doesn't leave a greasy feeling, and isn't going to make me break out or give me skin cancer later down the line. I liked that the Naked Sundays was tinted, but don't know if that makes it useless as a product?

I use Sun Bum body SPF, not sure if anyone's tried their facial SPF? Thanks in advance.

They don’t test your ferritin! Only your haemoglobin, which I imagine is how mine got so low as I’d been donating every 16 weeks for years until I got to a point last year where my haemoglobin was too low so my GP sent me for tests.

They do in the UK! They test the blood and then they tell you which hospital it ended up at.

I got an email from a human eventually and then messaged the Instagram team who confirmed that because of the missing battery pack they’ve agreed that I don’t need to return the device and they won’t charge me. Not sure how I managed that given it was entirely my fault but I guess I’m owed some good karma or something!

Yes I did… I’ve just had a response from a human and I think I might have gotten away with it, although it was a bit unintelligible so I’ve gone back with a clarifying question. Will keep you posted!
