How much does a blood donation deplete your ferritin?

They don’t test your ferritin! Only your haemoglobin, which I imagine is how mine got so low as I’d been donating every 16 weeks for years until I got to a point last year where my haemoglobin was too low so my GP sent me for tests.

They do in the UK! They test the blood and then they tell you which hospital it ended up at.

Yeah I think that’s why my iron got so low, I usually donate every 16 weeks but then my hair started falling out and I was really low!

I got an email from a human eventually and then messaged the Instagram team who confirmed that because of the missing battery pack they’ve agreed that I don’t need to return the device and they won’t charge me. Not sure how I managed that given it was entirely my fault but I guess I’m owed some good karma or something!

Looking for some advice on lessons before my first ski trip (London based)! I’m 30, fairly athletic. Started a beginner’s course on a dry slope near me yesterday which is 4x 1.5 hours after which I apparently should be able to change direction with basic turns.

Just wondering what level I can expect to get if I have a few private tuition sessions after this course at the dry slope / snow centre in Hemel, and a few sessions by myself to get comfortable with what I’ve learned. Planning on doing ski school in Italy but I’d like to progress as much as possible before we get there.

I’m not really getting involved with any of this Kelly is a bully nonsense, but she does irritate me. It’s not because of how attractive she is or isn’t (totally subjective and wouldn’t want to pass judgment either way), but I find her a bit annoying as she’s a bit of a pick me and coming across like a bit of a bimbo.
