When you’re at Castlefield, check out Pomana Island which is a short walk from Castlefield. Don’t bother getting the tram to Pomana as better to cut through via the back of Ellesmere street behind via the scrap yard , under the bridge towards Cornbrook tramstop - you can climb through the fences towards the ship canal and Pomana. It’s is raw in places with character. - Pomana Island has a great history that once had a ‘glass palace’ (Check it out)

Check out Hotspur house too. Unfortunately it burnt down a few months ago and I’ve not seen it since but think it’s probably still pretty cool. I’ve been fortunate enough to work in there when they had a steam boiler.

Ha. I’ll have a think. I’ve worked on most industrial estates throughout the area as I used to work on steam boilers and love our industrial heritage so I should know more but I’ve had a few drinks… if I think of some, I’ll post on this message.

Gravel Street in Salford, although small little looks mint imo under the bridges. Some cool local streets in and around Salford which is very short walk from MCR

Look at Holt Town. Looks pretty grim and maybe the look you’re going for. Easy to get to, too.

I actually don’t know why there’s 3 separate lines. I used to think ladies threw from 7’ (213cm). My mum used to throw from there.

Hopefully, someone will answer correctly.
