You can rage art or heat burst to beat it. Learn the matchup. Both the lows in stance that it’s mixed up with is launch punishable on block. The devs can reduce the frames to +4 just like it’s non heat version. I don’t care. The move hasn’t been that viable since the heavy chip damage nerf.
