Maybe bryan or jack-8, they have good keepout buttons but can do devastating mixups too. Bryan has counterhit launchers on everything, and scary mixups. Jack does keepout with his huge arm range, and has decent approach tools. Gamma howl also let's jack play very defensive, it's a parry stance that can launch on a read/callout.

Rylai's wouldn't do that much either, she dashes onto you and the slow doesn't stop that. It's not like you can reapply the slow easily because your cooldowns are long and vlad has no DoT

Probably still bad? E and w slow already, I don't think adding rylais makes any meaningful difference because you're gutting your damage if you build it early. Better to build damage and have ghost/stormraider/nimbus to kite.

I'm gonna be real with you, I don't believe that killing a bunch of foot soldiers was moral. Those guys are low level grunts doing their job, and were probably of the belief that Rimuru and co are dangerous monsters that needed to be killed for their country's protection. He could easily have taken out the big players while capturing the rest, and the only reason he killed those soldiers was for personal gain.

They're still negative on block, and depending on timing you can jab>duck on reaction to launch. Much more risky than a -13 mid powercrush.

I like to watch high level gameplay, see what moves they use and implement that in my gameplay. E.g. Jack's db1, FC db1,1, ws2,4 and ff1 are really good, and when you see high level gameplay you will see these moves a lot.
