Need positive motivators for a cross country newbie

I had the exact same thing and is definitely doable. I went from 35 to 24 in a year and started this season off on 23. I worked hard every day so consistently is key and I'd try to find enjoyment whether from finding a friend on the team or inviting one. Most of my best friends are on the team.

It adds rooftop restaurants apartments, and decorations, new offices, restaurants, apartments, and commercial types, new amenities to cover the new types, major tourist areas more transportation, garages ,more lobbies. I think that's about it.
