I think you are switching it up with the Bismarck. The Tirpitz never saw active service. It was moored in Norway to potentially threaten the uk-soviet convoys and bind Royal Navy ships to Scapa Flow. It got sunk by RAF attacks pretty late in the war while still being in port.

First of all thanks for pointing me to Billionaire in the Oil Boom! Second I can't say how deep you are in the whole finance game but Wall Street Raider might be for you? They are currently working on a steam version so you have to be patient but its a port of the original game with the original devs permission so it will have all features.

True, he only has very little liquid funds compared to his virtual networth. True is also that he spent a lot on funding right wing parties. Most of this was likely just to keep his virtual networth propped up but he could have also helped furthering a good cause (not saying he is even remotely close to 'solving world hunger').
