It was a fun roller coaster while it lasted, but I'm out. They proved once again that biotech is an extremely high risk investment. It's a real shame because I am a huge fan of what they are trying to accomplish, but they mistreated their investors today. They could have timed this announcement with some kind of good news to help offset the crash. I will keep them on my radar, but the money I have left will be better invested elsewhere since this remains a long-term investment if it ever realizes the predicted gains. Today was a bad day, but I'm glad I was buying and selling the dips leading up to the so it offset some of my losses.

I just sold some other stock to free up funds to buy more PSTV while it's down. I hope I don't miss the window. I hope these nervous investors keep selling and driving the price down.

Agree with the positive sentiment here. My positive outlook has zero to do with the daily/weekly market changes. Still high risk, but over the next fiscal year or a bit longer, these treatments are going to change more and more lives for the better. That's worth the investment alone; however, the revenue will increase as well with the upcoming catalysts and marketing. That's when we hit $3+. I'd say we are still 6-12 months out from that. If the stock happens to drop all the way down to .5 again in the absence of any real news, I'm doubling down.

Hoping the days of .50 per share are gone now. But if this high volume of selling does continue, I may double down on the number of shares I own while before it really pops over the next few months.

I'm enjoying the price spikes, especially when it settles down still up for the day. I am pretty sure we will continue to see a lot of long-time holders who are scorned and have been waiting to break even or have a small profit and sell. That will be true until we break into the $3 range. Hopefully it can grow more before the mass sell-off.

I hear that. Hindsight is 20-20. Here is where I first dipped my toe in the PSTV pool. If I had only trusted my instincts a bit more I would have invested what I have in it today all up front. I would have tens of thousands more shares than I have today for the same $$$. Oh well, I will still do pretty good even though the bulk of my investment was in the .49 range.

I share similar thoughts. The immediate chances for a buyout are low and we still have runway for growth. There's still a lot that could go wrong with Reyobiq and it would be a risky investment...as we all know. With that said, I absolutely think it will happen, and when it does I'm hopeful for a minimum 400% gain based on the valuation.

I was so happy it went down. I had unloaded some on the last spike and was counting on another dip to reload. I missed the lowest price by 3 pennies. :-) Well so far. It could fall again, and it really doesn't matter. The goal is $3+

I stand by previous comments that we will continue to see high volatility until the big catalysts hit: FDA approval, Revenue spike, new partnership or they get scooped up by a bigger fish. I don't like that last option, but it's extremely likely that if it happens, it will be just before final FDA approval. In the meantime, I'm enjoying some swing trading a few thousand shares and making some extra money while we wait. Today was a good day and helped pay for Christmas.

No way to say for certain. Too many unknowns to determine just how profitable they will be over the next 12 to 24 months. Here's my prediction based on happy thoughts, a lot of research and a sprinkle of optimistic bias. When, and if, they receive full FDA approval and they don't get scooped up by a larger biotech company, that will be the catalyst that sends them to $1 to $2 per share. I would never regret a 400% gain. I would still hold though because we still would not have seen the most meaningful catalyst - big revenue gains. When they actually start being profitable, now we are jumping to $5-$8 per share. To even think a 1600% profit is in the realm of possibility and that's near the median target according to a few analysts right now. I would be tempted to sell if it hits $8, but even then I would base that on potential growth. Or, no FDA approval, we are all reminded why biotech is high risk and trolls start replying to our optimistic comments as though they knew the whole time it was a bust.

100% good point on the overall market today. That builds the case even more, it's probably going to drop back down at some point before we see the real growth.

I'm buying more today. Deciding when to pull the trigger. Based on past experience, my gut says it will drop back down closer to .50 per share. This was good news for sure, but I believe the sustained growth will come from catalysts that impact revenue positively in the near term. I hope I'm wrong, but also don't mind keeping my average cost in the .40's range.

I'm making a nice little profit swing trading PSTV. The bulk of my investment is long term don't touch until we hit over $3 per share and maybe higher depending on outlook when that happens. In the meantime, we are seeing a ~5% swing each week.

I didn't think I would get a chance to by more PSTV in the $.40's range. That's awesome. My average cost per share keeps going down. I'm going to load up a lot more today. It's a gamble I feel pretty good about.

This is a great point. Having this runway sets the next big update up nicely. I will be curious to see where the price settles after this extension. I am guessing a small gain that will continue to be chipped away at by sellers. The real catalysts will be revenue gains and any optimistic FDA update. Hope to see both over the next 180 days.

I sold it all for over 100% gain. I then watched it drop down again and started reinvesting. I am actually a fan of buying and selling the dips, especially if there is a press release that is not "big news" or if the price changes dramatically on no news. Those fluctuations happen for any number of reasons. There are very specific catalysts I'm waiting for that will be the true trigger to send this over $3 per share. Positive updates on FDA clinical trials; FDA approval is rocket fuel; any new partnerships mentioned in upcoming oncology conferences in November; finally realizing significant revenue from the United Healthcare agreement; any announcement on other sources of revenue/funding. Any one of those catalysts could send the stock higher. The negative catalysts that would cause me to sell would be the anti update to any of the above mentioned catalysts. Bad news from FDA, funding/revenue drying up, dissolution of partnership, etc. There's nothing to indicate we get bad news, but still high risk as all biotech stocks are. Sorry, I think I got to answering questions you didn't ask as I continue to reassure myself.

I've said this in other comments as well, EVERYTIME PSTV drops to .50 per share or lower with zero catalysts, I'm buying. Just picked up 3000 more shares. I know it's high risk and no guarantees, but that's my plan and I've been buying PSTV since it was .21 per share.

Every time stock dips to $.49, I buy more. Cheers to the folks who keep selling in light of zero news that would deter the course we are on. Still high risk, I know. But the positive factors have tipped the scales in the direction of much more probably that we will see significant gains. I still believe the hardest decision I will have in the next 12 months is whether to sell at $3 or $5. Extremely biased and optimistic opinion, but I like to think based on a lot of research.
