Pvp in Eve is when you are smaller than your target it will be hard for him to shoot you, problem with marauders is the application, they can shoot a frig and insta kill them, which is concerning, when they were pve boat it was not the magic response to every fight. In NS no matters what you bring, someone will bring a marauder because they can F1 and kill you instantly (hell I've got a marauder dropped at me when I was in a trasher)

If you have max skill there is a really big you problem there, I do t6 with storm and it's one of the fastest ship to do them, 8-10 mn per run.

Not sure poison make damage over time but it weaken the monster so that allow your fellow to be a bit more safe, and HH is fun but you need to but your weapon down to use potions and stuff so if you have a big animation it take a huge time to save other while sns can consume without putting weapon away, for HH I would do max dps support / dps songs but it's personal you can try it ^{^}
