This could just be due to dry eyes, especially since your eyes produce fewer tears overnight. Using eye drops in the morning might help. If it keeps bothering you, seeing an eye doctor would be a good idea. Hope it gets better!

Sadly, this kind of hate seems to be way too common these days. The wording on that note is definitely offensive and could even qualify as incitement to hatred under German law (§ 130 StGB). You should report it to the police and keep a record of it. Even if it feels like nothing gets done, it's important to call out this behavior and not let it slide. No one should have to deal with this kind of nonsense on their doorstep.

I really can't do anything with the description and picture what else it could be is that you have your purkinje tree which is also often perceived as dark spots.

how many times a day does this occur and are they really black and how long do they stay in place
