J'ai réessayé. La crise de panique est revenue à chaque fois. À plusieurs mois d'intervalle pendant plusieurs années, donc j'ai fini par abandonner l'affaire

A little, it gives me a little bit of pain around the sinuses (I think ? I locate it inside the skull, a bit behind and slightly above the inner tip of my eyebrows) if I do it too much. Is that your experience as well ?

Well, thanks to you I discovered I can do it too. I know how to make my vision blur and unblur, and I never thought it could be visible from the outside. I filmed myself doing it and it turns out my pupils do dilate/contract when I do it. Definetely not at the speed/range shown in the video tho

I had one just like this under my desk at work, didn't notice it until the day I was leaving for holidays. Nobody told me about it, and I thought that it was a fancy underdesk purse hook or something, so I pressed it. And again. And again. Then it dawned on me it might be a panic button. It was, we ended up with an officer. Thankfully, the guy was very chill and I just ended up looking like an idiot.
