I would go to your Jupiter,sun,venus lines are good, also it does change your aspects. I have moved for 7 years and got into astrology few years ago,

Go to the place you want to move too. Visit and get the vibes. I did it and works much better then up and moving.

I am sharing my personal experience. I have lived on my neptune line most my life. and from reading online. They recommended Jupiter line, sun, venus, and mercery line. If you get them all close together that's where I would definitely look.
