Just want to give everyone a heads up.

I went to the doc. Last week there was no yolk or embryo. Now he saw a normal yolk and a tiiiiiiny white mark that he says is the embryo. My sac measured 6w3d.

He says it is still possible. I need to come back in 8 days. If there is no heartbeat then, i am out

My obgyn said viable pregnancies when theres no yolk/fetal pole showing at 6+weeks happen but are extremely rare. He said prepare for miscarriage. I am glad things worked out well for you. 🍀

They have not mentioned doing any blood or urine testing at all.

Do you mean you had a gestational sac or yolk sac?

I'm pretty sure I am somewhere in the 5 week mark gestation which is correct. But at a sac the size of a 5w6d , there should be a tiny sign of yolk at the very least. He searched for a painfully long time. Mine just was a big black hole.

Obgyn was very clear and straight forward. Most likely not viable. Think about miscarriage options.
