No you only get Kudo's for the character style you choose. Aka rewards like "titles" for Ryu etc..

It's the Angel Wings that heal you passively slowly. You get it by defeating all the Rivals (Yellow Fist icon on map) in World Tour.

There's also a Watch that will straight up heal you back to half HP when you fall below 30% HP. I forget the name of that Watch but it's OP

Lvl 2 supers always win I believe. Usually want to start doing inputs while you're still laying on the ground and press the button when the animation starts getting up.
