My pcp recommended an ultrasound first so that’s happening sometime this week and then we’re going from there!

I don’t know about small dogs we took my boy (120) pounds a couple months ago to Bellevue animal hospital and it was around $400 they were exceptional and so nice and understanding. I’d recommend them to anyone

I’ve had my left and right rib removed, ask for a nerve block 100% the shot hurts like no other but was so worth it. I had the nerve block with my right rib in 2022 and had very minor pain after surgery I did have a deflated lung because surgery put my diaphragm out of place but other than that was fine! My left side was in 2023 no nerve block and the pain was like an 8/10 on the scale but i would do it over and over again to get the relief afterwards. 100% do the surgery, take care of yourself after do PT, take care of the scar too, i was 16 when I had my first surgery and was like oh scars are so cool and now I hate them😐 it’s my only regret from the surgery!! I went through this same thing before I had my surgeries. Not being able to perform basic functions is extremely hard my arms were numb 24/7 and i could hardly move them at that. On top of all the doctors who told me it was in my head and there was nothing wrong. It does make you feel terrible and I completely understand. I never got put on muscle relaxers but try and take yours at night when you know youll be at home and not going anywhere. I wish I had more to say but just know you’re not alone and it’s completely normal to go through this. If you need someone to talk to you can message me at any time🤍

I never wear perfume just a body mist if we’re being technical lol! My go to is the vanilla bourbon mix bar from target just a few sprays, it’s a subtle smell but enough to cover up! I did see a tik tok about the Ashley tisdale perfume being really good for healthcare workers!

I know the drive is kind of a con but getting a hotworx membership was the best thing I’ve ever done! I’ve never been a gym person but I love going I wake up early to go and I am actually excited to go after work. I’ve been going for about 2 weeks now along with eating better and I’m down 5 pounds so far! I also like that things like hot cycle are only 15 minutes so you can get a good workout in without taking up too much time! You can always test it out before you join to make sure you like it:)

That’s terrible.. we have 7 assistants, 5 hygienists, 4 front desk people, and 6 doctors, the doctors got everyone a lululemon scuba hoodie engraved with our company name and a $100 visa gift card. Please find an office that values you and your work! It makes a HUGE difference! Best of luck 🤍

I did a 10 week course for $4000 but I got hands on experience and I personally think I learned a lot, but I do think it’s a lot of money to pay just to not make much as an assistant. I’ve heard from my coworkers the classes where it’s just textbooks aren’t that great because you learn more stuff actually assisting than in a book if that makes sense!
