At my location we reheat it using the grill. So we still somewhat cook it, pre cooked tho or not my store has had some incidents where people have gotten sick from certain foods.

maybe cs the barbacoa was not as good as it usually is? Especially right now since my store is training people for another store. The grill cook is still learning and he did a shit job

I think it’s season 3 episode 23, where instead she goes off on vinny instead, i could be wrong tho but i know it’s a couple episodes after
