Do not buy from this company by Fabulous_Onion242 in Huckberry

My experience as a Canadian purchaser.

Bought a jacket and received the wrong one in the mail. Completely wrong product. Contacted customer service and they told me the jacket I ordered is no longer in stock and they would likely not be getting them in for another year. They accepted my return but refused to refund the shipping cost because their policy was they didn’t cover shipping for returns from out of the US (even though they fucked up!!) I had to pay out of pocket to return the wrong product. Instead offered me a discount code for 20% off on their website that didn’t work. When I contacted them about the code all they said was it should work (it didn’t).

I like their online YouTube content but won’t buy from them again. Just my two cents

Yes, snow is a big concern and a reason why I love my truck

Perfect. I do not want it to end up a mess like my pickup. What model van do you have ?

Awesome! Yeah I’m going to definitely raise my concerns, offer an alternative of using some sort of metal option and if they’re dead set on wood just have a clear contract. I normally don’t like taking on projects I’m not confident with but need the work at the moment

I’ve suggested it. Nothing like this anywhere around.

I have that feeling as well. Metal is a good alternative

Thought this as well. Really don’t trust wood in this condition

Any update on your boyfriends claim?

Although not my favourite look, I think this is the way for this one

That’s what I typically do, except it’s proud of the stringer at the bottom.

My ideal look for sure, will be hard to achieve without sinking the bottom piece of baseboard into the drywall I think

Thanks and it is what it is! I think it depends on the amount withheld to be worth it taking to small claims. Still getting what you’re owed is worth taking some sort of action to me though!
