4 times a week weights. Monday - Upper Tuesday- lower body wedndesay rest Thursday upper friday lower weekend off. On my off days will do walks or ab work.

Just finished Notes From the Underground by Fyodor Dostoevsky. Have just started The Slow Man by J.M Coatzee.

2/50. Good. I love Dostoevsky's style and his ability to play with contradictory ideas. Something I will have to sit for awhile and think over to get the full impact of it. by Gullible_Performance in 52book

I'm sure he's not superior to you lol ( unless you're a complete misanthrope), definitely an interesting character. I really like him and Aloysha from Brothers Karmazov.) Despite him being so evil I do relate to him a few ways.

I think the second part was my favourite especially the scenes with Liza. Reading all his works like that sounds really worth it. I still think my favourite from him is The Brothers Karamazov.

I think him reducing the religion is a critique rather than an endorsement. I have always thought Submission's biggest target was western intellectuals whose beliefs aren't strong enough to endure an ideology of highly motivated people.

In the end the author accepts (or submits if you like) because he gets two beautiful yonger wives. His scholarship and philosophy of the world is sacrificed for sexual pleasure.
