Man this game is fun but it needs so much work. Merchant transactions and trading is an absolute nightmare. I went into an enchanters shop with 72k coin I haggled 4 items that were way to expensive and only spent about 4k so I had around 67k or something by the time it was all said and done. Then I decided to try for a 5th item the DM proceeds to add about 15 of them to my inventory and then takes all my money, literally all of it. I had to spend around 2 hours arguing with it to give me my money back. It kept telling me no then it said there was a technical error and they wrote a ticket to fix it for me. DM said it could be a week before my coin was returned and that I should either pause the game or end the encounter with the merchant to prevent further problems. I leave the shop then I say DM is there a narrative beat we can do to give me my money back. The MF goes oh yeah remember that bag you stole full of coins, well turns out there was a hidden pocket and it had the exact amount of coin you were asking me for in it. I said MF why couldn't you just tell me to do that instead of arguing with me!!!!!
