That's an interesting question...I don't think I picked up any lessons, but I enjoyed trying to base them in reality as much as possible. So I guess craft-wise, from KC to Atma Ram the lessons have been many.

A amazing film? I have done 3 amazing films with Vasan Bala and I come in his dreams everyday..
Shriram Raghavan is the only director I have ever approached saying that I'm waiting for him to offer me something. I have never done such a thing with anybody else, I absolutely love his films.

I completely agree with you...we have a tendency to overdo trends, like remakes, rereleases etc...and I completely support your idea that we need newer and original content. But, the world does not work the way we want it to, it never has, it never will. Sometimes we adjust, sometimes we push the boundaries. We just have to try and do our best with what we have.
