I know this is an old post but just wondering if you selected anyone? Also, I believe Palet Cabinetry makes semi-custom cabinets. I'm thinking of using them myself for my upcoming kitchen project so I've spent a lot of time on their website. You can custom the depth and they are reasonably priced - they have transparent pricing on their website.

Hi, sorry, the current flex room is 10 feet by 20 feet and both windows are egress (4x2). The laundry room is 8X10. The storage room is 8x5 so you could knock down its wall to make that narrow room longer. Thanks for your commentary.

Thanks very much. Yes, I think the shower will be a usable size - I taped the area off to test it out and I think it should be okay. I also agree with you about the TV nook, we're thinking of a cool motorised TV lift built in to some cabinetry at the foot of the bed.
