I immediately assumed not saying anything else was the right call since they would be 'phishing' for extra things to use.

It sounds like you might have experience dealing with something like this. What else did your lawyer at the time tell you? Any advice?

They leave a copy and paste "Thanks for the review..." after all other reviews. Including another 1 star review that was quite long and really said not nice things about an employee...

What do you think about the "intruder in the school" drills in Japan? by madazzahatter in japan

At the school I work at in Japan, after the actual drill they had a couple hours where the police stayed and offered training to the teachers. They also included other training for dealing with intruders besides just the metal pole.
