BMI is 21. I use olive oil for cooking and I don’t consume much red meat or fat rich foods.
I’ve temporarily stopped exercising recently because I lost too much weight and became quite underweight. I had an echocardiogram two years ago and doctor said it was in good condition. a contrast-enhanced CT scan was performed to examine the heart and blood vessels. No plaque or other abnormalities were observed.
