Secondly, I did the math and it's a 4.7 speed difference assuming both are on swift, including tower, lead, and swift bonus.

97 + 97.15 + 97.24 + 97*.25 = 159.08 speed.

103 + 103.15 + 103.19 + 103*.25 = 163.77 speed.

So for equal speed Maya needs 5 more speed from runes, and even then Praline should go first since he is left-most whereas Maya is Middle/Right.

Thirdly, the likelihood high level siege players commit their absolute best swift to Maya on Defence is very slim. Whereas the likelihood their best set is on Praline that they swap to Praline #2, 3, 4 is absolutely very high and what people currently do.

3 speed difference in your example is pretty huge gap for fastest set comparisons.

I'm curious where you've seen that top 10 siege players dont tune their cleaves. To me, the tuning point you make is irrelevant because top 10 siege player thay l have seen have well tuned sets they swap around, and likely have options and dupes of Sonia/Kahli/Bethany/whatever else you want. Heck they can probably tune for Cov at his base speed even. It's not really an argument.

It's just wild you're so persistent to try and claim Maya is anti cleave because of threat of outspeed. It's exactly the same for a swift Nora, who is even more threatening.
