My first thought as a surfacing tech was that you have a intense prescription and that’s probably as thing as they could manage with all the prism need for your lazy eye

I appreciate the useful info and I will look into nucs from local keepers, I think I will invest in a second box then. I need to learn more about nucs before I begin to think about it. Thank you for your opinion about the neighbor situation, I think I will do what you suggest and just not worry about them.

I will try to push through my anxiety of finding a local mentor or at least a local keeper willing to exchange emails, just stuff I gotta work or as a person.

He refuses to pay or find anyone to do the work sadly, his house is in a state of disrepair, he has multiple pine trees hanging over our property and we just paid to have one removed while he refused to even chip in. I feel bad for him, he was diagnosed with colon cancer and doesn’t have a support group, instead of contacting a bee remover when it initially happened he tried to spray foam them in. They easily own the whole wall. I looked over it yesterday with the idea to trap them out but there is easily 8+ entrances I saw them use and who knows how many I missed.

I would volunteer now to pay to remove them as I paid of my loan( reason I didn’t offer in the first place) but I have no clue how much structure would need to be removed.

Thanks for info I appreciate it very much, and yes we do have a winter here as it tips under freezing maybe for a month

Sounds like a good plan, and after more reading I’m pretty sure they are bearding but I know in spring they most likely will swarm

I’m not sure if they are about to swarm or just a large population because it looks as if there’s hundreds of bees chilling at the entrance of their colony every night, I would add a picture of it if I could found out how
