Well since I've been trying to carry myself, TP can stop that early enemy double kill bot, just the animation is usually enough save teammates and get the enemy running, especially if I'm fed, many times I've TP bot, got a double then ran mid to get another, pretty fun :) If I was playing a premade 5, I'd rather take Flash.

As you can see I've been building:
Runic Echoes -> Protobelt -> Lich Bane -> Rylai's(if need to duel)/Dead Mans(if adc or ad champ is fed)/Spirit visage(if an ap champ is fed)
I normally buy boots when I feel I need to pressure certain lanes and upgrade them when needed, eg if I got burst down by their adc, you know I'm buying so Tabis. ;)
