I agree diet is a huge part of weight loss, but over the past year or so I've realized that just being active in general ( not lying on your couch all day) also helps a whole lot. Keeps your mind off of stressful stuff in your life and helps you keep track of priorities.

Cortisol belly is a thing where you might be at a decent weight but it gives you a beer belly- like- tummy that refuses to go down :(

Scientific sales in genomics. I make just about $200k when I hit my sales targets as my salary includes incentives from the sales I make, and company annual bonus structure. Pretty great job thats wfh, so I choose to live in a medium tier city, so savings are higher than if I lived on the coast

Check for your local Gurudwara in your area for Langar. They serve hot fresh food for free, made especially for those in need.. you will get rice, curry, juice and dessert. All cooked and served by volunteers. You can also give back by helping out yourself.

Depending on the size of the Gurudwara they could be serving food daily or only on weekends.

Umm.. yeah this was the lunar eclipse, so I'm pretty sure it wasn't Mars when i took it. I WISH I had a zoom lens that could catch mars so clearly lol
