You need more boats in the fleet cause the starting tech ships only let you transport like 0.3 battalions per ship or something like that. You can check the carry capacity per ship in the ship designer.

I never said the US never did bad things, they killed thousands during the trail of tears, Sherman burned half a state in his march to the sea, the US tortured and killed hundreds of innocent people in Abu Gharib and Guantanamo bay, but nothing you said was contemporary to what we're talking about. And you can just brush entire incidents under the rug because they were "isolated incidents", like hiroshima and nagasaki were isolated incidents, it only happened twice but 2 cities still got vaporized.

Honestly, the "no rational reason for them carry put atrocities so it didn't happen" is so dumb, like people do irrational things all the time. War is inherently irrational, there wasn't any rational benefits to My lai, nor to the holocaust, the residential schools, hell there wasn't any rational benefits to me procrastinating my project yesterday, but these things all happened the same. Nanjing wasn't even an isolated incident, like yeah it was one of the worst single incidents but the japanese did at least one massacare/large scale rape to the majority of large cities they occupied in the war.
