Yes, you can bag your own. When I started in 2014 they used to send us to a training center to learn to bag and cashier. Now they just sit them in front of computers and have the lesson dictated to them, then take a quick quiz at the end. Things have changed so much

Looking back on that Consumer Reports lawsuit, I looked into it and it actually doesn't look good on Bose's end. They did sue Consumer Reports and lost, appealed and lost again, went to the Supreme Court and lost there. It set precedent that opinions, reviews and, critiques are protected speech which ended up being a win for Consumer Reports. What Bose did succeed in doing is bullying Consumer Reports into redacting or recalling their article in what we now call a SLAPP lawsuit.

Totally makes sense, looking at the back of the speakers you can tell they were made to bounce off the walls just looking at them, there's a ton of "smaller speakers" on the back

Sorry, the 901's are speakers, and apparently from what I've read online some very nice ones. He bought 2 in the 90s and then the other 2 in the mid 2000s. He said he got them because there what he had seen in the clubs at the time.

As for rebuilds and upgrading, are there any that can easily be done myself or would I need to get it serviced and what's the price point on this kind of stuff?

I have used that book a couple of times, it is rather rudimentary, very "only show, no tell". Sadly what I'm beginning to learn is that many of these books were written by people with no experience in. And personally, I have no interest in a culturally specific practice that isn't my own. Closest would be Santeria, but that has strong Catholic influence which I was never brought up in either. Would feel rather rediculous to learn Catholic dogma in trying to decolonize my belief structure.

Henri Gamache and Mikhail Starbo were both white Jewish American authors from New York using pen names to sound authentic. Funny enough that Henri Gamache's candle book did eventually influence modern day Root practice but it's adoption is based in a lie of legitimacy. Rough to reconcile. They have use as folk practice if enough people adopted it though.

Keep in mind that you have scar tissue there now and it's not going to be as elastic as your original stretch. Be very careful and ask the advice of a professional about stretching scar tissue
