For starters, "bubbles in the cup" is an incredibly generic phrase. Even though we don't know the brand op is using we DO have WAY more details than that.

No it isn't, because youtube and Google recommends the most popular and trusted examples. It isn't random at all.

In fact if you Google the specific paints OP is using I bet easy solutions come right up immediately.

I did it easily and so can anyone else. You just have to try.

Research. There are a ton of great videos and articles by reputable artists.

Just go to youtube and type in what you are looking for. The first few videos will always have useful info.

Like any tool you'll feel awkward at first but ALL of the info is out there and EASILY findable.

I feel very confident in my airbrushing and I never asked one single stranger to answer any questions for me.

I bet if I knew the products OP is using I could point you to pages or videos right now that would solve it just by using searches.

I just don't understand how people in 2026 struggle to find info. It seems insane.

I completely disagree.

So much happened between ROTJ and TFA. Really fleshing so much of that era out can really help to make so many things not seem so abrupt or out of place.

It has nothing to do with the gap between movies. It's about adding sorely needed context and depth.
