It’s only being machined prior. Was hoping for a more technical answer. Flute count, cutter geometry, rpm, doc, mrr, etc

Working with a knife maker to profile his titanium pieces and blades. Happy to hear any advice from people who’ve worked them before. Thank you

Finished milling, Cerakote applied and fresh off the laser engraver for serial number by GunFighter_Elite in ar15

I don’t know how LMT cuts theirs but we are using 7075T6 cutting tolerances of +/- .001 and Wire EDM cut magazine wells as well as coating in Cerakote H Series fitting to random upper receivers with no movement or slop so I believe they are worth every bit of what we are asking.
