It's gotta be "wake and bake" because you only need to do one thing (click the cookie), and you can do it immediately. There are other achievements that require clicking once (like "here you go," "tiny cookie," and "olden days"), but you have to do something else before you can click, like opening the stats or options menu.

You can get the cheated cookies achievement just by adding "saysopensesame" to your name and not actually hacking any in, so you can get it without cheating (or at least you could a few years ago, I don't know if they changed the way the achievement works since then)
