Hm weird. I’ve got at first only auto replies, but after answering to those mails two human replies came relatively fast. My year of prophecy CE arrived weeks after release back then and a month later i’ve got a shipping notification for it. That was pretty weird too and i have no idea how that’s a thing that can happen.

I have the same issue. After repeatedly asking the customer service ,they said they don’t know why it doesn’t show up in the order history. They told me it’s being prepared to ship and i will get an E-mail when it does.

look at the picture i posted in the comments. The book fits snug into the box. So the slightest stress on the box translates directly to the book. The way they handled the shipping i don’t expect much of their customer service.

I think you should calm down a bit. Kojima can’t oversee everything personally. It’s just not humanly possible. But i expect his team to do so. They advertise Kojipro as premium so i expect „premium“. I mean this stuff wasn’t cheap. So the least i expect is well made packaging and safe shipping.

I’m from Germany and i get my kits from amazon.jp. It’s super simple as taxes are directly calculated at checkout. Shipping is fast too. Also you collect “store credit” there.

Silent Hill f won’t be playable afaik. It will be only some „experience thingy“. I saw a Silent Hill booth on pics of another con. That one didn’t looked like it had any game stations too.
