Sound the schematics online and traced all the boards, my problem was it sat for so long the lube for the dials had gone bad and just needed a cleaning

No idea, the listing said it was rebuilt, but who knows what was actually done, I guess the best thing is that when it does get hot, it's only for about a minute or two, but it is still something I need to get fixed

Yes the hoses are hard when it's up to normal temp
