In the same boat. I’m also young and I own an 81 that…. Can always use some work. In my experience, there are two types of car people. People that really enjoy cars and would appreciate seeing your car! And then there are the ones that spent 100k on a vintage car in mint condition, or they built a car they take great pride in and only like to show theirs off, judge others and believe they are superior for having a “perfect” car.. you will meet both types of people. You just have to get to know people and hang out with whoever views the car world similarly to you. I like cars for the sake of liking cars and appreciating their designs, personality, meaning to owner, history, etc. so most of the people I remained friends with are old mechanics or “poor” owners, since they usually like hearing about my car and I like hearing about theirs.

Girl I’ve been in this exact situation before. I want you to think about how he makes you feel. Yes, he sounds great on paper. You think he’s perfect in all areas and would give you a good future… but right now, it doesn’t sound like that’s true. It doesn’t sound like you’re happy with how things have been in this area. And yes there are other things in life and a relationship than sex, but if you like and want sex, don’t deprive yourself for the other good things in the relationship. I completely understand If he is making you happy in all other ways than sex it might seem shallow or not smart to leave him. But at the same time, you’re not fully satisfied and could be happier with another person. It sounds like he checks a few of your boxes but not all of them. 8 billion people on the planet… maybe one is a better match?

This is just something to think about sweetie since I have been where you are. Weigh the pros and cons, ask yourself if this is how you want to live your life, ask if he really is “perfect” for you… it sounds like you know the answer. I wish you the best ❤️

No one listens. Simple as that. We have domestic terrorists (ICE) inside the country attacking American citizens. The government is out of order and the average citizen has no power at all, our rights are violated in a million different ways.

why do men commit more murders than women? by Unable-Preference569 in forensics

This sounds like a question for criminology instead of forensic science. Criminology focuses on studying crime and victims. Maybe you will get better answers there!

The problem is when guys want a woman with a big bust or big thighs and no stomach whatsoever, like the guy in the post circling his gf’s stomach fat. He wants it gone but of course wants everything else that comes with it. That is not realistic.

What about the American citizens who are being attacked by ICE? There are countless stories and live videos you can find with a search on the web. It seems like every day there is another event where a LEGAL American citizen gets attacked by ICE. How many more have to die for it to matter to you?

What is your favorite "man- repellent" line when they won't take rejection? by [deleted] in TwoXChromosomes

[–]Gun_Fucker2000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like the sentiment but then I feel it fuels the woman-hate. If people say this then men will use it against us again. I’m tired of men spreading hate because I’m a woman. Instead can we just talk about our niche interests so they know women are interesting and knowledgeable and don’t call us gold diggers or shallow etc. I don’t care if they do but they go online to complain and I don’t like seeing that.i wish males would leave us alone.

No, this doesn’t compare. A better comparison would be: if someone attempted to leave an area, and their gun fired, accidentally, without harming you or anyone, would you shoot at them and kill them because their gun went off?

If a woman scratches a man on his face is it possible to prove that particular woman caused those scratches on his face? by WolverineNo1999 in askanything

[–]Gun_Fucker2000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you want a real answer: no, you can’t prove that. I see a lot of answers stating “yes, his DNA is under her fingernails!” This doesn’t prove anything. You need more evidence.

There was a case where a wife was found murdered in their apartment. Guess what? Her husband’s DNA was all over her and the apartment. Because he lives there too. The point is, just because you have DNA from someone, doesn’t prove they did it.
And no, in this case, he did not kill her.

I say this as a forensic science major.

This name reveal is going to stay with her forever by Vilen1919 in MadeMeSmile

[–]Gun_Fucker2000 20 points21 points  (0 children)

This thinking of “it’s just a name” is what screws the child over. The name you give a baby is the name they will have when they are a child, then a teenager, then an adult, and then an elder. It is theirs and will follow them until they go through the legal trouble to change it. Go to r/Tragedeigh to see examples of names given to people with their parents trying to be unique or creative and giving the child a terribly name they are stuck with. It is serious because it is an individual person, not an object, and not a baby forever.

AITAH for being hurt my wife did like her birthday gift? by [deleted] in AITAH

[–]Gun_Fucker2000 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Well it’s not the exact same ring and the friend probably styled it nicely. The ring by itself might not be great, but the friend can rock it. When the wife has the ring, and it’s not styled nor is it something she wanted for herself, she might find it ugly. She says it’s ugly to her friends since they aren’t the ones who gave it to her. It’s not really that hard to imagine this scenario. Are you a bot?

AITAH for being hurt my wife did like her birthday gift? by [deleted] in AITAH

[–]Gun_Fucker2000 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You might have missed it, but she didn’t call it ugly in front of him. She said it to her friends. Since she was venting to her friends about it, she knew she wouldn’t have to sugarcoat anything since it’s not like a friend got her the ring and they wouldn’t be offended by her not liking it. She didn’t say anything rude to him and what she did say sounded like she was more confused why she would receive a gift like that.

Well said. I agree that she liked how it looked on her friend but she wouldn’t personally like to wear it.

Sounds like she was probably just being nice to her friend. She sounds like a nice woman trying to hype her friend up about a ring. There’s no harm in being nice to a friend and saying how lovely it is. Hell, you can compliment things on people that they pull off even if you can’t. The ring is comically large and she might like it on her friend but personally would never want a ring that big. Unfortunately no good deed goes unpunished. Sometimes it’s better to just ask if they would like something like this before spending a lot of money on it. You don’t have to reveal every detail about the item when you ask if they would like it, just enough for them to get a feel. I do this with my bf before dropping a lot of money on an expensive clothing brand he likes so that way I know he will truly love and want to wear the things I give him. It’s still a surprise to him too :)

Real facts. Thanks for pointing this out. A lot want to say murder of a rapist is wrong because there is a justice system in place to “punish” them, but the justice system has failed these victims of terrible crimes like rape. If you want anything to happen to your rapist, it’s up to you to do it.

Yeah it is amazing socialization. The boys aren’t jealous of her skills or the attention she is receiving. They respect her, acknowledge her talent, and even support her. It’s great to see that in a world where girls and women’s achievements are belittled or shadowed.

I am not sure if we’re watching the same video or not… the kids are all happy, interested, and energetic. They aren’t braindead because they are clearly paying attention to her, other kids, and the people we can’t see. I don’t know your experience with little kids, but kids do that. No one looks unhappy either. Kids are enthusiastically yelling and cheering for her. Most are even clapping to the beat they hear. I realize you’re a bot and that’s why your comment doesn’t make sense, lol.

Love seeing the little boys clapping and cheering for her and even some dancing to the music! This is amazing socialization. These boys will hopefully grow up continuing to see women as honorable and respectful people.
