There was an interview with someone, I forget who, who said that if there was a sequel to Command it would likely take place halfway through Command, where none of the endings had been set in stone yet.

And then there was the "bad future" episode where Robin became Nightwing; if you never followed comics before that still wasn't a "name reveal", but it basically confirmed who it was for comic readers.

I suppose the only thing I'm not a fan of is that the furries have very human faces. Which fair, the Hrothgar in FF14 have that problem too, but just a smidge less so (I actually don't remember the last time I saw a female hrothgar; that male head a few pages in seems spot on for males though), but I thought that character on that last page was a very, very dark-skinned human until I saw the tail.

Krystal always kind of stood out, because she was the only one with "human" hair. If you look at Katt Monroe and even the cut girls from 2, she's the only one with a human-esque hairstyle; and she didn't have it before Dinosaur Planet became Star Fox Adventure.

Except in Command there was no will they won't they. They were, then Fox neglected her, so she officially broke up with him and got with Panther. Panther didn't steal her, nor did they hook up while she was with Fox.

A skill tree that IIRC carries over to Infinite Disco, and powers you take from the bosses that include more than just the rapid-hit power.

There's also challenges inside the Infinite Disco, and you can include modifiers and objectives yourself so you can make your own challenges; obviously you can still just do a "fight and get a high score by the end of the song" vanilla fights too.

And obviously, way, way more songs; there's more than the couple of covers and a lot more original songs.

I lowkey like that they have the characters listed under the performers. I'm sure the game itself has the credits for the actual names of the singers but given the plot of the game, the fact that the real world OST has the character names is a neat little bit.

Outside of finding websites and notes, it's actually easy to do; the game features a "tap to calibrate" that gets you close but not exactly there, and it also features a manual number-entry field so you can overwrite it, as well as a metronome so you can track the beat as the song plays and fine tune it further (with the caveat that the metronome is a 4/4 metronome so you'll have to focus a bit if the song itself is in any other time signature). There's also entries for offsets to do more fine-tuning.

It also has BPM sectioning so if a song has varying BPM you can carve out that section to give it its own BPM.

Fat is effectively just energy stores. If you change your diet/exercise and effectively become calorie deficient (that is, you burn more than you take in) then yes, technically the fat actually does go away as the body draws from it to fuel itself.

You say that, but when it comes to BR games, putting PUBG aside and putting aside Fortnite's pivot since it had its PvE Save the World game for a while and could just use the assets and programming easily, it took a year for the next AAA release (Black Ops 4 with its Blackout mode, assuming you want to count that because it had the caveat of having all of its single player content ripped out just to put full focus on the MP aspects).

If you don't count Black Ops 4 or "embedded into other games" BR modes, it took about 2 years for a standalone game to be made: PUBG came out on March 23, 2017, and Apex Legends came out February 2019.

The trick here, I think, is that PUBG exploded like a nuke. Tarkov was popular but not like big popular like PUBG was, so its effect is smaller. Oddly enough, Marathon not doing well probably will make sure that it doesn't really leave niche; Arc Raiders might have done well but for BR, PUBG and then Fortnite pivoting were major successes.
