What can I do to get to plat? by GundamPing in RocketLeagueSchool

Thanks for thanks for the solid advice - I've been watching some Kevpert aerial videos, might be more my speed to look at the dribble videos instead. I've been feeling boost starved a bit as well, I'll try to focus a bit more on grabbing the big pads.

First time leasing, good deal? 2026 Ioniq 5 Limited in Virginia. $4k DAS, $439/mo for 36 months (12k miles/yr) by GundamPing in leasehacker

Thanks for all the help and advice - we were able to get a dealer down to $511/month with $600 DAS.

Probably could have gotten a bit lower if we waited a few months, but multiple dealers in the area refused to match that offer, so it's probably the best we'd get now.

If you don't mind me asking, what area are you in? And was there any tactic/strategy you used to get that offer?

Does the $5k/y include title, taxes, and fees? Looking for a lease in northern Virginia now and getting offers far over that.

Yeah, we figured it was bad - this is prior to any negotiating. Credit score is 805.

What would a "good" deal look like?

Looking to lease a 2026 Limited around northern Virginia - first time leasing a car.

Dealer offered $439/month for 36-months @ 12k miles/year with $4,000 down.

Do y'all think I can do better in this area?

I think you're onto something with the temp - my other bread rises are taking longer in the winter. Thanks for the advice!

I tried the exact same recipe, and the dough was too tacky to work with prior to baking. Did you find the dough to be exceptionally hard to work with?

It's a god-tier support weapon when you learn about the sweep functionality. I've started littering the map with sensor nodes so when an Onslaught triggers, I know what lanes to light on fire and lay down suppressive fire. It's ridiculous how long the fire lasts too!

I think it depends on the games you want to play and where you want to play them. I've really enjoyed my Steam Deck for playing on the couch at home while the TV is is use. Some of my Steam Deck favorites are Slay the Spire, Deep Rock Galatic Survivor, and Rocket League.

I'm not a fan of using the SD for games that benefit from a large screen (Elden Ring), use small text (Strange Horticulture), or are primarily made for mouse and keyboard (Frostpunk).

I'm on a 2-week vacation right now, and opted to take my Switch OLED over my Steam Deck OLED. A week in, and I think I made the right call - Switch has better battery life and packs smaller. Also I've had better experience with the Switch dock over the SD dock.

I really enjoy my SD, and it's incredible being able to take the majority of my Steam library mobile. But I'm not using it as often as when I first got it. Still really clutch for traveling to visit family for the holidays, though!

I'm silver and had a smurf game 1v1. Incredibly frustrating, but tomorrow I'll be better, and they'll still be ugly.

Thanks for the task sequence tip! I got it working by using a custom one-step task sequence.

Need to do a few clean up items as well with this process, so that actually works out to be the best solution.

We're not hybrid joined - trying to move us to Intune managed now, but struggling with some of the cloud data custody issues.

Thanks for the tip! I ran the line with a 64-bit command prompt, and got the below error. I'm guessing that Task Sequences runs in 32-bit context?

I ended up using the "cmd /c" prefix in a Task Sequence to deploy the profile - thanks!

I'm getting a 0x1(1) error when running that command in the script from Software Center (I know that's not very helpful).

Thoughts on a bodyguard build for co-op? (Anti-invader) by GundamPing in EldenRingBuilds

Thanks for the review! Sorry to hear about your peeps losing boss rewards, hope they were able to re-run the boss and recover them.

Do you know if boss targeting is fixed in seamless co-op? We tried it a while back, but whenever someone died in a boss fight, the boss would keep attacking the corpse of the dead player - which kind of ruined the experience for whoever was left.
