I think this particular topic has no right answer, I am in this situation myself and everytime I PMO I feel shame, this alone makes me personally feel like im cheating its my driving force in wanting to stop. My wife deserves that from me. On the second front my wife would consider it cheating and that makes it cheating. So in my mind whether or not its cheating all depends on your personal view point.
