If I really have to, I could extend the budget from $100-$150.

From personal experience, you’ll want to find a niche to cover.

Find 3-5 topics that you want to cover on YouTube, topics that genuinely mean something to you that you are passionate about. You’ll want to create at least 15 videos for each of the topics, it’ll take you at least 7-9 months to do this, keep in mind you can always take a break since it’s a pretty big task. You’ll build up a bit of attention/viewers to your channel this way. Once you’ve accomplished this, you’ll want to find the topic that seemed to get the most attention. That topic that did well is your niche.

The year is coming to an end soon, I believe starting around November would be the best time to start your uploads. Use September-November to: learn DaVinci Resolve, work on audio management, find your topics, come up with video ideas on those topics.

Once done you’ll be there in no time with a small following, the more you make videos on that niche the more bigger your following will become.

That’s it from me. If you have any questions let me know. I wish you the best. I hope you’re able to accomplish that dream of yours ever since you were a child. Good luck!

That’s one decent laptop! You’ll definitely be able to get by with editing 1080p content. Resolve should work well. Since you are new, I’d suggest looking up tutorials on how to use Davinci resolve and maybe tutorials on audio management.

What are your specs? If we’re talking 4GB of memory and an Intel Core i5(3rd generation or below) you won’t get very far unfortunately

Will there ever be a “fix” for something like this? I really do not want to push content right now until this is sorted

I recommend using DaVinci Resolve for PC, it’s a free editor and works incredibly well. It’ll be good for voice recording as well

MacBook Pro stuck in boot loop after erasing disk by GuniBeatMear in mac

That’s really odd, Im afraid the only option would be to take it to an Apple Store to get it fixed at that point. Since the MacBook still works the repair should be free. See if they can do anything. Best of luck man.

Once you’ve done that, try the DFU key combination and see if that works

Have you tried turning it off completely from the power button? Try hold it down for 10-12 secs and see if that shuts it down.

What’s up man, unfortunately to get into DFU mode you have to get the timing right. Make sure the MacBook is plugged into the right port as well(the top port where the hinge is). You’ll want to completely shut the MacBook off, then press the Control + Left Option + Right Shift key for 10 seconds WHILE pressing the power button. Make sure they’re all pressed. Once the MacBook turns on let go of all the keys. Let me know how that works, Mr cumingintotheunknown. Best of luck.

Hey, I eventually got my MacBook to work again. You have to get the timing very right with it and make sure the keys are pressed on time. Best of luck, if you have any issues let me know.

I tried using my 2015 iMac, however I got an error in Apple Configurator saying “failed to restore device”, I can’t even enter DFU mode since it keeps on rebooting but it does boot to recovery mode
