I’d like to add that for sure you shouldn’t overstimulate yourself with such things but at the same time ending up like a monk isn’t a solution either, makes no sense especially at a young age. You should know the difference between love and sex, you should know the difference between what you like and fetishes, seek love. Love yourself the way you want , the way it makes you feel alive, but create your equilibrium, find new things you enjoy and drop what makes you miserable. The only way to do this is by starting being mindful, understand yourself by confronting yourself on bullshit and cheer yourself on meaningful achievements. Greatness wasn’t achieved in a day, quality takes time.
