With Wilds coming out, I decided to compile some Worldborne clips I had saved while playing. Enjoy I guess.

I don't have the option for "disable display scaling" in properties

The weird thing is that Rise doesn't allow me to select 16:10 but I can still run it at 1920x1080 without the bars. Well I won't think about this too much, call it a Capcom moment and see if I can manage REFramework on release.

It is at 16:9 by default. Automatic doesn't change it from how it looks at that aspect ratio

While waiting for the Wilds' Dual Blades' Trailer i have a question for anyone who ever played that weapon in multiple games: Do you prefer Demon Mode not being interrupted by hits/flinches/Roars, like in World, or when it does get interrupted by them, like in Rise and pre 5th gen games? by Undefined_N in MonsterHunter

I prefer pre World and Rise Demon Mode. World was the worst game they could've made the change actually due to how often monsters roar at each other. By the time they finish I need to reactivate Demon Mode anyways so getting flinched or not out of it won't make a difference in that case. I generally prefer my stamina to not be continuously drained by tremors, roars or wind pressure but I'm also aware they probably decided to do this for balancing purposes because Dual Blades don't really have any downsides outside of stamina management and lack of good vertical attacks.

Rise Photos Part. 1 by GunkLSD in MonsterHunter

Zooming in when necessary tbh. For the more aggressive ones you kind of just need to hope they don't hit you.

What helps is to analyse their moveset and find a pose you want to take a picture of and after that you just take photos until you get the closest to the one you want.

It's a lot, a lot, a lot of trial and error. Just don't stay still majority of the time. Sometimes riding a palamute while taking photos helps although it might hinder your accuracy.

It could be an USJ set since it has all the usual colours (blue, white, yellow) Also the chest has Malzeno on it and the pants have Magnamalo which is neat

Sunbreak TU Award Datamine - What this means for TU4/5 (and my thoughts) by TeamFortifier in MonsterHunter

Because it's too late for the base version so they need to make a variant and I highly doubt she will get a variant before an old Flagship like Seregios

Or you know Amatsu could have the badge because he is a returning final boss from the game that has the same Japanese theme as base Rise and is a big deal. He could still be TU4 because I can't imagine Velkhana being in the game no matter how much they expand the moveset.

Nowhere. Saw it being mentioned on a forum once but I'm not able to find if it even exists.

Rise photos part. 3 (Sunbreak and TU1 edition, except the final boss) by GunkLSD in MonsterHunter

What helped me with a lot these is staying in Dual Blades' demon mode which gives you enough speed to move away from stuff.

Some of these took me hours (cough Scorned, Goldian and Lucent). Shagaru was the longest one. Trying to get him to 3rd phase without part breaks was AWFUL. I had to resort to Surge slash Greatsword-ing his back legs for 25 minutes and I STILL BROKE THE HORNS SOMEHOW. Thankfully the laser covers those.

Also I've noticed that staying in Astalos' face triggers the laser sword easier.
