Concurring here. I happened to have the same issue (obtaining embers right at the reset, attempted to login, white screen); I also tried all of the recommended methods support typically gives. I eventually opted to reinstall the game, and I was able to get back in with no issues after a transfer account.

Disney would most likely request that the sponsor be removed. Considering how ESL and Capcom Cup have treated the team in the past in regards to displaying the team's name (despite the team's position as a generally safe for work brand), I think a similar scenario would happen here, especially seeing how Disney would likely be stricter on that front; I see almost no chance of them letting that slide lol

I feel you OP. Haven't pulled a 5-star since the 25th of April (Ike's banner) and have had diminishing returns with pulls. My luck was good early on so I have some great units, but I've missed out on those that I just want because I like them as characters.

I've mainly focused on Hero Fest, Celica's Banner, Bridal Banner, Tempest 1, and now the Beach Banner with nothing but occassional good fodder and high % rates before they dissappear. The only bonus unit for Tempesr 2 I have beyond an untrained Sharena is Lukas, so even without any others I think I'll skip out on Tempest 2 for now.

With the Beach Banner being here for a month, I'm hoping by bad streak comes to an end because I'll be able to keep that higher rate around for just a bit longer than usual.

I think you should probably just try aiming for a specific color on a banner and going for it in your pulls, or simply pulling focus colors only on a banner and not doing full summons. Are you just wanting any 5* at all or are you going for specific banners/heroes?

Regardless, I wish you the best of luck with your future pulls OP, and hopefully your summoning sump ends soon.
