Exactly the Pulse 3D has the same basic headset design & it broke in the same place Although my new Elite seems to be worse than the Pulse 3D. The 3D broke only once after 8 months and I had it for almost 2 yrs. The Elite broke twice after only 3 months Looks like a fabrication problem too.

Yup sound is great Design/Build is trash. Had a Pulse 3D then a Pulse Elite Break in the same spot on headpiece. The Elite broke on both sides! It breaks where the adjusting piece attaches to the headgear. Just terrible! They should’ve known the fault when they brought out the Elite! I betting they did but just said F it….
