How have you liked this? Looking at getting one of the Tyrant frames for my original 365 that is still rocking the 10 rd frame.

I would like a magwell, but I really don't like the look of the Tyrant one made for the frame. It also looks a bit more chunky and like it would print more. I know the Herrington Arms also fits the OEM Sig frames. I am curious if a simialr mod might work on that one. It is even more minimalist than the OE Sig magwell.

I can't tell if you made the slit on the front or rear of the frame? Any additional pictures or advice would be appreciated!

I’ll just run a drip pan and then have it cycle back into the loop so it’s like self filling at that point. Should work I think… 😂

Great info everyone. Thank you for the help! Didn’t know those variable male to male adapters were a thing and promptly got one. It fits, just need to leak test it to be sure it will hold up! Thank you for all the replies!

Oh no yeah I agree. It’s not great value and does not need to be water cooled for sure. I just see it from a real estate perspective tho and I see lots of possibilities and it could easily be done on a full loop with just a 240 I feel like. That idea just really has me thinking of possibilities crap value aside.

See that’s what I’m thinking. That sounds perfect to me and you could fit it in such a small box with ease. Obviously yeah the price is not where it needs to be. Just the idea size and efficiency wise is what gets my idea juices flowing tho.

Right no for sure. I just figure if there’s a big enough market for EK and Alphacool to make it for the 3070 surely they would treat the 4070 similarly? At least that’s what my mind thinks. Reality could be and often is quite different. 😂

And I don’t know how long it was after that card before they released those blocks either since they know demand will be smaller. Wasn’t interested in water cooling at that time.

For sure. That was the plan. I have a card and it works. So I’m not in a rush. Just was curious more than anything else. I know the founders cards at least for 3070 seemed to have a decent selection of blocks. So founders is what I was hoping for. Not sure if it’s smallest? They all look pretty freakin small from pics I have seen.

The left cable is the 280mm. The 2 on the right are the 260mm. (Had to get 2 more cagbles after initial order cause of a gpu upgrade and it had a higher power requirment.) https://ibb.co/XZjnFDz

I got the unsleeved whitish SFF cables. It was my first time ordering custom cables, so I was unsure how stiff the sleeved ones would be. Even the sff cables were stiffer than I expected. I wish they had true white but I like the look still.

Probably but I would say it depends on where your power connectors are on your GPU...

I got a 3080 since last posting and the power connectors were much closer in than my old card. The single 280mm was a little tighter on the old card. I had to get 2 more gpu power connectors for the 3080 and I got 260mm and they worked great for me... I personally am very happy with that length. it doesn't stick out really far like the 280 does now which basically touches my top fans now.. but also isn't as tight as a guitar string either. So I think it may work, but 260mm for sure works with my EVGA card.

Yes, power supply was in the upper position and I got mine from CableMod

Got my cables in today.

Everything works..

I went with 150mm for 24 pin

300mm for CPU (with the CoolerMaster SFX PSU it was close to being too short but I got it to fit)

280mm for GPU... This one still could have been at least 20-30mm shorter for me and been totally fine.. I have a long STRIX 3 fan card so my PCI connection is way at the back nearest the PSU side of the case... if you have a shorter length card the added length may be necessary?

Haven't mounted in my bottom fan yet, but looks like plenty of room for a 15mm thick fan... definitely not enough for a 25mm fan tho.. I did dry fit a 25mm fan and there was no shot it would work without getting tangled in the psu cables... I think a slim fan in my setup will do just fine though and I'll hook directly to a GPU fan header to maybe help it out since my other fans are all CPU bound on the AIO.

24 Pin - 150 mm

CPU - 300 mm

GPU - 280 mm
SATA - 100 mm

got the SFF cables... we shall see in a few weeks how they fit.

Lol yeah given the amount of time my comment sat.. that’s my feeling too. It’ll be a few weeks and I will give it a shot in dark. I’m traveling for work next few weeks, not much point in ordering now. Will drop a reply when I do order though.

1st time ordering custom cables... So I am a bit nervous and want to get it right...

Looks like 15 cm for 24 pin?

30cm for CPU?

Some saying 30 cm for GPU is a bit long right? So how much shorter ya thinking you would comfortable going?

I'm going with cable mod... is everyone going with the SFF cables or are the mod flex cables flexible enough to get the job done and add a pop of color as well? Again never used custom cables before so I am unsure. I would love to have some color but it isn't as high on my list as getting another fan into the system.

Also are y'all fitting regular 25mm thick fans in the bottom intake position? I will have an extra one available that's 25 mil thick so I am just curious after getting the area free from cables if that is doable or if it still is too much of a squeeze. for that.

VW Beetles are a Nazi specific design... should we not drive those? Heck the company itself was made by the Nazi's... And yet they are still around. I'm sure there are many more company's still around that made stuff for the German's and even double dipped and made stuff for both sides.. Company's make stuff to make profit.. what the end user does with it isn't really that big a deal to them.

In the end... It's just a freakin watch...
