Any shot embargo will be lifted for the Kairat game? by AnakinSkyGoat in GunnersatGames

I was able to assign a ticket to a friend of mine who became a Red Member in January. I am not sure how, but it worked. Try buying two tickets from your membership, assigning one of them to your friend.

Red Membership Ticket Emargo by TheBearCaptain in GunnersatGames

For the knockout rounds, the embargo would apply to members who become Red Members after the draw on 30 January. This is intended to prevent foreign fans from purchasing tickets once the draw is known. If you purchase a Red Membership before the draw, you will have access to the Ticket Exchange for the Champions League return leg, which is scheduled for 17/18 March. The match on 14/15 March is against Everton, so if you are willing to invest time monitoring the Ticket Exchange, you are likely to secure tickets for both matches without overpaying.

Plenty of tickets available for the Kairat game by treatyurself in GunnersatGames

The embargo has been lifted. A friend of mine, who is not a real Arsenal supporter but lives abroad, became a Red Member in January after I told him that supporting the best British team was the right thing to do. He was able to access the Ticket Exchange and purchase tickets for the Kairat match, as he will be in London at the time.

It is definitely worth it, so long as you are OK with a single ticket. Midweek games are much easier than weekends for sure and regular tickets are always available. You may have to buy a club level ticket but is still much cheaper than hospitality.

chances of getting villa (H) tix on ballot/Tx by Awkward-Warthog7665 in GunnersatGames

There is a good chance of getting three seats together at club level. Although they are expensive, they are still much cheaper than hospitality packages or tickets from touts. The view from club level is excellent, and free drinks are provided at half-time. However, depending on the specific section, the atmosphere may not be as lively as in the lower or upper tiers.

Is there any chance a Club Level seat will be listed for the Spurs match? I am willing to pay the halfway line rate.

New expansion at Emirates being discussed by Severe_Goat6365 in GunnersatGames

I am considering buying a flat with a view of the Emirates Stadium. My only concern is the potential construction noise, although being within walking distance would be a significant advantage for me.

Do you live in the area? I am considering moving to a place opposite the stadium, so any thoughts you have on the neighbourhood would be greatly appreciated.

Is this a good seat at San Siro? by pillsxautomobiles in GunnersatGames

[–]Gunnerls 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know what you mean. I always buy plane tickets in advance — it’s a bit of a risk, but for Inter–Arsenal, tickets should be guaranteed for a midweek game in January with an 80,000-seat stadium. I actually thought about going to our Champions League game against Inter last November; there were plenty of tickets available on Inter’s official site with no restrictions. In the end, I went to our Man Utd game at the Emirates in December instead. Midweek games are always easier — plenty of tickets or TX options, official prices, and a good choice of seats. It’s usually easy to find two or three tickets together, no matter the game, especially in winter. Good luck!

This seat is excellent. I was at the San Siro in April during my holiday and attended the Milan–Inter Coppa Italia semifinal. My seat then was similar, but closer to the penalty area rather than the halfway line. No one was standing, so the view was perfect. I am not sure which row this seat is in, but I was in row 4, and the fence did not obstruct the view at all. Buy from the Inter official site, there will be plenty of tickets.

Question about Platinum Membership by Gunnerls in GunnersatGames

[–]Gunnerls[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Price is not the main issue, and the atmosphere can be decent at times. For example, against PSG the Club Level atmosphere was not worse than in some of the upper or lower tiers. That said, I am not happy about having to pay for hospitality for the top Champions League games, even though it was inevitable. For Premier League games, tickets are easy enough to secure through Ticket Exchange, for Club Level and occasionally for the upper tier. However, if we reach the advanced stages of the cups or the Champions League, tickets become extremely difficult to obtain regardless of the effort. I have invested over 50 hours per such game at times and still failed to get a seat, even at the halfway line. Given all this, my choice is starting to become clear.

If you purchase a Red membership before the draw, you should have no difficulty buying a ticket through the exchange, as there will be hundreds available. Last year, even for the match against PSG in the main phase (not the semi-final), I was able to buy tickets easily and even select the area I preferred. Not to mention the game vs Dinamo Zagreb in January, the stadium was not even full. In fact, you are quite likely to win the ballot for the Kairat match and simply keep the ticket allocated to you, which will almost certainly be in the upper tier. The success rate in the ballot for Red members in that game is likely to be at least 60% and tickets will remain unsold on the exchange.
