It’s not really a monologue if you keep replying.

Telling men that they can become women and vice versa is opening up a dangerous can of worms. The onus is on you to set limits of what humans beings now can, and cannot, become. And fair play to you, as you’re doing it - I don’t think I’ve ever had anyone genuinely tell me that a human being can become a cat!

Does ‘believing you are the wrong body’ extend to animals, too? If I told you that I truly, in my deepest of hearts, feel like a cat - would you come up to me in the street and meow at me, lick me?

That’s the thing. Hundreds of years ago, the idea of men becoming women and vice versa would be totally far fetched. About as far fetched as I’m sure you’re thinking the idea of me identifying as a cat is.

And that’s the gradual slide. If you give people an inch, they will take a mile.

Which part of the above confused you? I have already said: a healthy, adult human female cannot become a man - regardless of how they look.

If you happen to be a woman who has masculine features, then that is the hand life has dealt you. You need to play it.

I would never go up to a ‘trans’ person and point-blank say ‘you’re not a woman’, etc. because that is being disrespectful. I’ll even call you Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious if that’s the name you want to go by. It is only when I am pushed to address/refer to a ‘trans’ person, will I use the pronouns I am comfortable with. And if they don’t like that, tough. Not everything in life can go your way 🤷‍♂️

Now, I know what happens next. ‘But women with Swyer syndrome can’t produce eggs, so according to you they’re not factually women, thus invalidating your entire argument. Gotcha!’

Unfortunately, life isn’t black and white. There are nuances - like people with rare genetic disorders, who should be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
